"I am the guy that used to refuse to get my oil changed anywhere but in my garage at home. With the price of oil skyrocketing at the local auto parts stores I can no longer change my oil for as cheap as I can get it done with the $24.99 coupon.
As I pulled up to the Einstein's Oilery on Overland Street,  One of the service guys came running up to my window  and greeted me with today's newspaper and price list . He offered everyone in the car something to drink. I took sprite and my two daughters both had ice water.

He directed us into position over the long hole in the ground where a second guy was waiting to do everything that needed to be done under the car.  Once inside I was able to see the person working underneath my car while I sat and read my newspaper.

Then a little bit of goodness happened. They started communicating with each other. The guy up at hood level would yell instructions or information to the guy under the car. If you have ever been in the military you can appreciate when the person you are giving orders to repeats the orders back to you to verify that they received the orders correctly and are taking action on those orders. I appreciated them being loud because I was able to hear what was going on step by step.

Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, speed and value. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it fast and effectively. I will go again and I will recommend my friends and family go...

One last note.. As we were pulling away, my daughters, 9 and 6, asked me why the people at the oil place were so nice to us... It turns out they are not used to receiving good service from many other places around town.. I explained to them the importance of taking care of the customer.
These guys take care of you.... "
